Half-Day Workshop for MBSR, MSC and MTPC Graduates
“Mindfulness is about love and loving life. When you cultivate this love, it gives you clarity and compassion for life, and your actions happen in accordance with that.” ― Jon Kabat-Zinn
Date: Saturday, June 10, 2017, 9:30 - 1:30 p.m. - located at Cambridge Hospital Learning Center A/B
Location: CHA Center for Mindfulness & Compassion, 26 Central Street, Somerville, MA 02143
We invite graduates of the 8-Week Courses at the CHA Center for Mindfulness & Compassion to a half-day workshop with Elyse Simon, MA and Cecilia Fernandez-Hall, Ph.D.
In this retreat, you we will cultivate habits of mindfulness and compassion to foster caring connections with ourselves and others. This is also an opportunity to take time for yourself: a time to seek stillness as a way to nourish and renew your mind, body, and practice along with the MSC Spring Course.
Who should attend this workshop?
For anyone who has participated in an 8-week mindfulness course and training - we welcome alumni from any of the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion 8-week courses, including Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness in Primary Care (MTPC) groups to join.
